Student Council Drew Crew T-Shirt Sale
Drew Crew t-shirts are available from any Student Council rep or from Ms. Starr in the media center.  All proceeds will be donated to the Drew Clayborn fund to support Drew's medical expenses and rehabilitation.

The 2nd Annual Student Council MDA SHAMROCK SALE
March 3rd-March 19th

Once again we are assisting the Penrod family with their MDA fundraising campaign.

GREEN SHAMROCKS are $1.00 and GOLD SHAMROCKS are $5.00!

 Shamrocks may be purchased at lunch or from a Student Council Rep.

Thank you for your help and support of this fundraising service project!

Sarah Banks Student Council 2010 Animal Adoption!
The results are in!

Banks students have voted and we are adopting a Monarch Butterfly!   

Donations are being accepted during all lunches.  Questions?  See Mrs. Arens in Room 202.

Sarah Banks Project Warm
December 2nd-December 16th

Encore teachers are collecting new hats, mittens, gloves and scarves for Project Warm.  Items collected will be donated to Hospitality House.  As of December 16th, we had a total of 2736 items.  This is a new record for Project Warm at Banks! Thank you to all who have helped with this Sarah Banks annual service project!

Sarah Banks Student Council Annual Canned Food Drive
November 20th-December 17th

Canned goods will be collected and may be deposited in collection boxes in the core classrooms. We are also welcoming gift card donations. (Kroger, Meijer, Target, etc.).
Proceeds will be donated to Hospitality House in Walled Lake.

Dress up for our Annual Costumes for a Cause!
Friday, October 30th

Costumes must be school-appropriate.  Click here for more info.  Students are encouraged to donate $1 to participate.  Money collected will support Mr. Kirk Pederson through Symbol of Strength.  Thank you to all who participated.  Over $400 was collected.

Recycle your batteries, ink cartridges and cell phones!
Collection Dates: ongoing

The Banks Student Council is sponsoring the collection of batteries, old cell phones and empty ink cartridges.  Collection boxes are available in the Media Center.  Questions? Contact Mr. Brooks.
