Sarah Banks Annual Costumes for a Cause-Friday, October 30th Sarah Banks Middle School’s annual "Costumes for a Cause” is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 30, 2009. Guidelines for dressing up in the middle school are similar to the guidelines you are familiar with from elementary school. Costumes should be of an appropriate nature based on school dress code. Students should not wear masks or bring any items to school that could be considered weapons. If a student rides a bus to school, costumes should be bus suitable. Costumes for a Cause Guidelines No exaggerated body parts. Nothing offensive or profane. No masks or weapons. Nothing that denounces race, gender, ethnicity, or religion. Costume must be in good taste. Staff and students are encouraged to donate $1 on October 30th for Costumes for a Cause! All proceeds to benefit National Transplant Assistance Fund & Catastrophic Injury Program (NTAF) in honor of Walled Lake Central teacher, Kirk Pedersen.
