** 8/17/10 - Mitch Fletcher will be attending York College in York, Nebraska this fall. Mitch will continue to play baseball as a member of the York College Baseball Team. Go to the Accomplishment tab on the website to follow the team.

** 6/7/10 - It's hard to believe, but the 2010 Northern Knights Baseball Season has come to an end. Congratulations to our Senior players on their graduation and wish them good luck as they begin the next phase of their lives.

** 5/26/10 - R.C. Murphy - Northern Alumni Update - Note from a proud Mother and Father:
R.C. Murphy graduated with honors, Magna Cum Laude, from CMU on May 8th.
The following weekend the CMU Club Baseball team stunned the Great Lakes Regional Tournament by completing a weekend sweep and earning a spot in the 2010 NCBA World Series in Fort Myers, FL. The Chips jumped to 9th ranked in the country as they are 1 of only 8 teams remaining in contention for a National Championship. This will be the second time in three years the Chips earned a birth to the World Series.
R.C. is the Vice President of the CMU Club Baseball team. As the starting center-fielder, batting 3rd in the line-up, his batting average is .414 with an on-base percentage of .552.
The Chippewas will play on Friday, May 28, 2010 at 7pm against Weber State The game will be played at City of Palms Park, the home of the Boston Red Sox Spring Training, in Fort Myers, Florida. Catch the action via LIVE WEBCAST @ http://www.clubbaseball.org
R.C. and his family have had a very eventful month! R.C. accepted a financial position with Symmetry Partners in Glastonbury, CT. He moved to West Hartford on May 21st and had to ask his new employer for time off for the World Series. They said yes! So he is packing his bags for Ft. Meyers. In the mean time R.C. has been recruited to play for the Manchester Mavericks, in a Connecticut Summer Collegiate League.

** 5/20/10 - THE RAWLINGS PULLOVERS ARE FINALLY HERE. THEY WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO THE HEAD COACHES TONIGHT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE PLAYERS THAT ORDERED THEM.
** 5/18/10 - The KLAA conference crossover games will be played against Pinckney. Varsity will be playing at home and JV will be playing at Pinckney.
** 5/18/10 - The Upcoming Event Trailer was corrected for the Freshman (DH) @ Hartland today.
** 5/14/10 - The 1st Annual Alumni Baseball Game is this Saturday, May 15th. The game and activities will begin at 11am. Come out and watch players from the past takes the Knights Field one more time. It's a great afternoon of baseball.

** 5/13/10 - The Freshman DH @ Hartland has been postponed due to weather. Varsity and JV practices will take place indoors.
