Pre-K For All (GSRP)
Pre-K For All is a program set up by Governor Gretchen Whitmer to provide free universal preschool for all 4-year-olds by 2027. The Pre-K For All program is an expansion of the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP).
Walled Lake Preschool is excited to expand its GSRP Program to align with Pre-K For All. The goal is to provide free preschool to as many of our families as possible. Please note: There are still income guidelines and meeting requires for this program for the 2025-26 school year.
Program Information
- Child must be 4 years old by December 1
- Five full days (Monday - Friday)
- Parents provide transportation
- The program prioritizes enrollment for students born by September 1. If slots are still available, the program will enroll students born between September 1 and December 1.
- Eligibility guidelines (Income, Medicaid, SNAP) are required
- Classes have 18 children, with two teachers
