Prime Time Care
IMPORTANT NOTE: PRIME TIME CARE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE AFTERNOON ON NOVEMBER 19TH DUE TO MANDATORY STAFF TRAINING
For the times you can't be there yourself, it is reassuring to know that Prime Time Care (PTC) supports your efforts to ensure your child is in a safe, nurturing, and positive environment while in our care.
Our tuition-based program is designed for parents who require child care before and/or after school. Our experienced staff seeks to meet the physical, emotional and intellectual needs of your children. Our state-licensed program is available at all twelve elementary schools for children enrolled in kindergarten through fifth grade. Prime Time Care follows the Walled Lake Consolidated Schools calendar for holiday recess and inclement weather closings.
Registration
Prime Time Care Registration is now open for all elementary buildings for the 2024-2025 school year!
*Please note: We are at full capacity and now on a wait list at the following locations: Commerce, Guest, Keith, Oakley Park, Meadowbrook, Walled Lake Elementary, Wixom, Dublin, Loon Lake, Pleasant Lake, and Hickory Woods. If you register, you will be added to our wait list and notified if/when we are able to add more students.
If your child is attending preschool at the Early Childhood Center, please email Deborah Olsen to request registration information. Do NOT register below for the Early Childhood Center. We are currently only accepting registrations for AM Prime Time Care at the Early Childhood Center. We are at capacity for PM Prime Time Care at that location.
Instructions for Prime Time Care Registration
Click the button above. Once the page loads, click on "Start". Even if you have used the online portal in the past, you will need to create a new account.
Follow all prompts to establish your account. You will create a username, password, enter a valid email address, and security question. Once you have done this, click "save and next". You will then be able to register your student(s) one at a time. You will need to complete all required fields marked with a red *. If any are left blank, you will not be able to finalize your registration.
Once you are finished, you will get a message that your registration is complete. You will then receive an email within 3 business days (make sure you check your spam folder) with further instructions to complete your calendar and make payment. You will need your Skyward Family Access login to complete the process. If you do not have one, email familyaccess@wlcsd.org to request one.
Registration is NOT considered complete until your calendar is received AND payment is made.
Important Notes
When entering your registration, please be sure to give at least two emergency contacts OTHER than parents. We will always try to contact parents first. If you re-enter the parents’ information as emergency contacts, your registration will be delayed until this is corrected.
