Additional Information
Field Trips
We will be attending field trips during Summer Care. As we get closer to the field trip date, the site supervisor will provide you with a Field Trip Form that must be completed and returned prior to the day of the field trip.
If you did not sign up for the field trip ahead of time, there is a chance we may not be able to add you in based on our numbers.
Field trip days have not yet been determined.
Please note, Field Trips are non-refundable after invoiced.

Lunch and Snack
We do not provide lunch or snacks during Summer Care. We ask that you send a bagged lunch and two snacks with your child each day. We are not able to refrigerate or warm up lunches, so please keep this in mind when packing them.
Special lunch and/or snack days will be shared with you ahead of time from your site supervisor.
In an effort to support our allergy students, we ask that you bring a nut-free lunch and snack each day.
Medication
If your child will need prescribed medication (ie. inhaler, Epi-Pen, etc.), you must complete the district Authorization of Medication form. This must be signed by your doctor and sent to our office. You may pick up the form at your school, download it above, or use the existing form you already have on file.
Your medication must be in the original prescription package or bottle, or it will not be accepted.
State Licensing
We are a state-licensed daycare, which means we follow strict guidelines for safety, curriculum and supervision. One of these requirements is maintaining proper staff-to-child ratios, ensuring that your child receives the best care and attention. Please keep this in mind if you are waitlisted, it’s not because we don’t want your child in our program. It is simply because we have to follow state rules and are unable to take on more children based on the number of staff members and required ratios.
